本文在介绍了调节阀的国内外发展现状的基础上,分析了调节阀的工作原理,而后设计了调节阀的阀体、阀盖、阀杆、阀碟以及阀座等主要零部件,确定调节阀的流量曲线以及绘制阀瓣形面,并通过PRO/E软件完成主要零部件的三维建模并且完成装配,验证了系统结构的合理性和有效性。
