Provided that Buyer pay for the goods 10 days overdue, the Seller shall be authorized to cancel this contract, and resell the related goods to the third party.
如果买方在到期十天还未付款，卖方有权终止此合同并将相关货物转卖给第三方。
In case the quality and/or quantity /weight of the goods be found not in conformity with the stipulations of this Contract after arrival of the goods at the port of destination, the Buyer shall have the right to lodge claim against the Seller supported by survey report issued by an inspection organization agreed by both parties, with the exception, however, of those claims for improper setting/using, natural disaster and for which the insurance company and/of the shipping company is to be held responsible. In case of quality discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyer within 30 days after arrival of the goods at the port of destination; while for being damaged, short or missing, or the specification, quantity/weight discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyer within 15 days after arrival of the goods at the port of destination.
货物到达目的港后，如果货物的质量及(或)数量/重量被发现与本合同规定不一致，买方有权根据双方认可的检验机构出具的检验报告对卖方提出索赔，但货物索赔不包括：不当安装/使用、自然灾害、保险公司及（或）运输公司承担责任的部分。如果（货物）质量不符，买方必须在货物到达目的港30天之内提出索赔；如果货物损坏、缺损或丢失，或者规格、数量/重量与合同规定有出入，买方必须在货物到达目的港15天之内提出索赔。
