在2010年我被学校分配到辽阳市中心医院进行1年的实习工作，这是我正式进入到医院进行临床学习。毫无疑问，护士的工作很忙也很累，可是看到患者在出院时露出的笑脸时，我觉得一切都是值得的。 当被问到怎样做一名称职的护士的时候，我记得南丁格尔曾经说过，“护士必须要有同情心和一双愿意工作的手”。对于我来说，就是尽自己最大的努力去减轻每一个患者的病痛，给予平等的待遇和关爱。在这四年的学习生活，我梦想自己可以接受更高级的教育这样我可以提高自己的工作能力并且促进科学的发展。知识就是力量，这是我最喜欢的训词。 在过去的4年学习里，我的教育暴露了我护理学的不足之处，我们的教学大纲主要集中在传统课本上的知识，比如护理基础理论，我们刚刚看到的新技术可能会在未来发生改变。此外，由于中国人口众多，医疗条件不足，做为护理学的学生，我觉得我是我的国家的进步的基础。然而，与此同时，我意识到我现在所学的知识还远远不够。希望更详细的了解这些问题是促使我选择在San Mateo College学习。如果接受我的申请，我将打算集中护理学。

In 2010 I the school was assigned to Liaoyang downtown hospital for internship for 1 years, this is I has officially entered into a hospital for clinical study.
