Mom often make salads with apples for me and she often tells me an old saying: An apple a day ,a doctor away.It means apples are very good to us . When I am thirsty ,I always eat an apply. My favourite fruit is apple not only because it is nutritious but because it is delicious. Apple, to a person who is living in the north part of China, may be the fruit which can be seen everyday, so it would be always, when bought, fresh. I love to eat apple partly due to an old saying, "one apple a day, keeps doctors away." Intersting as it is, according to medical theories, apple could actually do good to our bodies such as keeping fit and losing weight. So much I like apples that the first time when I saw the topic this time, the figure of an apple, a lovely red ball like shape, comes into my mind.

My favourite is an apple , I think there is no other fruit better than an apple , for it can not only quench my thirst , but makes me more healthy as well .In addition , it is very cheap . So I like it very much.
