连锁超市在我国已发展近 30 年了，在人们生活中扮演越来越重要的角色，正在以更快的速度迅猛发展。随着我国加入 WTO 和全球经济一体化，国外大型连锁超市纷纷进入我国，给国内连锁超市带来巨大的冲击。我国本土连锁超市虽然得到了长足的发展，但与国际大型连锁超市企业相比无论在物流设施还是物流运作模式上都相距甚远。本文基于沃尔玛物流配送的成功关键及在美特好存在的物流配送问题进行分析研究，并以相关理论为基础，得出一些相对应的经验及优化方式用来解决目前我国大型连锁超市所存在的问题。最后从基础设施建设，配送中心，物流技术，专业人才培养等方面，提出了提高我国连锁超市物流配送问题的建设性建议。

Chain supermarkets have been in our country for almost thirty years ,which are playing increasingly important role in our daily lives and now developing at a faster speed.With our country's accession to the WTO and the global economic integration, large foreign chain supermakets march into our country,bringing large impact to national supermakets.Yet local chain supermakets in our country have got great progress,they are still far from international chain supermakets however in logistics facilities or operation mode.This article ,based on relational theories, analyzes the critical factors of Wal-Mart logistics distribution and the problems of "Meet All" and draw some corresponding experience to resolve the current problems of local supermakets in our country .Lastly, this article also put forward some constructive suggestions to improve logistics distribution of local supermakets in facilities construction ,distribution centres ,tecnologies and cultivation of professional talents.
