本文首先主要采用经初鞣(铬鞣)处理后的兰湿革,对其进行铬复鞣,中和及加脂等一系列预处理,以制得皮胶原材料成品(皮革)。将制得的样品置于一定温度的干燥条件拉伸干燥,并且对拉伸后的样品进行搓软处理,对样品进行拉伸力学性能的测定,分析拉伸力学性能的变化。结果表明:经力学处理后,皮革的断裂强度都有所下降而断裂伸长率则有所增加,而且模量比未经过任何处理的皮革试样的模量低。
本实验也对皮革的孔隙率和透水汽性作了研究,表明在皮革的加工过程中,皮革的通透性性能发生很大变化。
另外,本文在实验的过程中,选取适合的皮胶原纤维利用偏光显微熔点仪(不用偏振片),观察在加热过程中皮胶原纤维所发生的各种变化,而且也对湿热收缩作了研究,发现加工过后皮革的干热收缩温度和湿热收缩温度都比未处理过的收缩温度小,热稳定性下降。 展开

This paper mainly adopts the primary tanning (chrome tanned) process after the wet leather Abram, and carry on the chrome retanning, neutralization and fatliquoring and so on a series of pretreatment, the PiJiao raw materials to finished product (leather). Will the samples in a certain temperature drying conditions tensile dry and the stretching the samples after rub soft processing, of the determination of the tensile mechanical properties, this paper analyzes the change of tensile mechanical properties. The results showed that the mechanical processing, breaking strength of the leather drop and elongation at break is increasing, and modulus without any treatment than of the low modulus leather.
The experiment of leather porosity and water vapor and air of research, and suggest that in the process of leather, leather permeability performance change greatly.
In addition, this paper in the course of experiment, the selection of the fiber PiJiao suitable for use of polarized microscopic melting point meter (don't PianZhenPian), observed in the heating process of what happened PiJiao original fiber all sorts of change, but also to the hot and humid contraction studied, and found that after processing leather dry hot temperature shrinkage and damp and hot temperature shrinkage than not processed shrink small temperature, heat stability decline.
