本文研究的目的是讨论了汽轮机湿蒸汽形成、流动特性及水分对汽轮机的影响,各项除湿法的工作过程、系统构成、除湿效果,内部除湿技术及级内蒸汽湿度监测分析,进而为实际的工程实践提供一定指导。为了更好的了解上述内容,本文研究了通过静叶空腔将水膜抽吸出流动区域,向静叶空腔内引进热量,空心静叶尾缘开设吹扫缝蒸汽吹扫与加热相结合的综合法,动叶除湿技术,动、静叶栅间隔板装置除湿技术等去湿措施。同时,介绍了汽轮机排汽湿度在线监测方法及应用研究蒸汽湿度测量方法的研究现状,并对汽轮机排汽湿度在线监测方法的进行了比较与选择。

The purpose of this study is to discuss the wet steam turbine formation, flow characteristics and water on the influence of the steam turbine, the water removal work process, system structure, desiccant effect, internal dehumidifying technology level and in monitoring analysis of steam humidity, and then for the actual engineering practice provide some guidance. To better understand the above content, this paper studies the static leaf through the cavity water film will suction flow out of the area, to static leaves cavity introduction of quantity of heat, empty, open end trailing edge purge steam sweep and heating seam the combination of synthesis, the move leaves dehumidifying technology, dynamic and static blade partition between device dehumidifying technology, etc to wet measure. At the same time, introduces the steam turbine exhaust steam humidity online monitoring method and application research steam humidity measurement method of the research status of steam turbine exhaust steam humidity of the online monitoring method are compared with selection.
