关于一道GRE数学题 求解答过程及答案。。。

In November the Smythe household used the same total amount of electricity as in July, but the water heater used 33 persent of this total amount . By approximately what percent did the amount of electricity used by the water heater increase from July to November?

七月和11月用电量是一样的，加热器用了总电量的33%。
加热器从七月到11月用电量提高了多少。

这题不全吧。。。新东方黄皮的数学题很多都不全，做不了的。。。绿皮怎么样不知道。
你做的如果是黄皮就不要理他了。
