基于煤粉燃烧高效与低污染的综合考虑,提出了“电晕荷电煤粉的强化燃烧机理与实验研究”。即通过高压静电场对固体颗粒和气体能产生荷电作用,一方面气体原子或离子移动动能很高,与煤粉颗粒接触时,可以把部分能量转移到煤粒表面上,导致颗粒处于不稳定的高能状态,增加颗粒表面活性;另一方面电晕使氧气、一氧化碳、甲烷等气体离子、电子化,具有较高的能量,使加快煤粒燃烧反应速度,降低燃烧反应温度成为可能。然而在实际生产燃煤过程中,煤粉通常是处于流动状态。从理论上分析,流动中的煤粉的燃烧效率是大于静态下的煤粉,因此对于煤粉流在荷电下的燃烧强化是有可能的。
本文在煤粉颗粒荷电成功的基础上,通过利用原有电旋风荷电系统,搭建煤粉流喷射荷电燃烧系统,利用摄影记录分析其着火与燃烧状态,利用取样热分析方法分析其燃尽情况,由此探索荷电煤粉流燃烧状况。
