My Special Birthday
March12,2006, my my 18th birthday, was very special for me as it was the Tree-Planting Day of the year.
Differ from other person's birthday,such as get together to eat and drink something which they like best, we also got together on March12,2006,but we didn't spend a lot of money to buy something to drink and eat, instead, we got together to planting trees on the mountains near my school------though we were all very tired after planting trees that day, we were happy that day because we made our environment more beautiful than before. Everybody who saw the trees we planted that day said that we had grown up,as we knew the meaning to contribute to the society, especially for the improving of our environment.
An wonderful idae came in my mind: from that birthday on, I would have my birthday like this---Planting trees on this special day,and make it a custom in my whole life.
Do you thike it is an interesting thing I made? I think it is really wonderful, special -----it made me really different.
