Lei Feng Has Come Back Again
After I read the news, I felt very excited. Lei Feng was a good example all the young people in our country learned from in the 1960s and 1970s. But these years people seem to have given up the ideas of Lei Feng. they don't care about public interests and never think for others. All these have done GREat harm to the society.
Now, we students have realized the seriousness of the problem, and have decided to learn from Lei Feng. We are glad that Lei Feng has come back again.

To learn from Lei Feng, our class organized an activity to do some voluntary work.
At 8:00 in the morning, we arrived at Sunshine Nursing Home. The elderly gave us a warm welcome. We presented them with flowers and fruits. Then we broke into several groups to finish the work as planned. Some cleaned the windows and swept the floor. Some helped them wash hair. Some chatted with the elderly people and listened to the stories about gone days. Everything done, we gave a performance to them. At about four o’clock, we said goodbye to one anther and felt happy on the way home.
The activity has taught us the new meaning of the spirit of Lei Feng. Sharing with others what you have---your time, energy and kindness ---makes you feel warm in your heart. It makes a difference in how I feel about mysel
