Abstract:I understand hospital outpatient irrational prescription status, to promote the rational use of drugs.From January to December 2011 in our hospital outpatient irrational prescriptions were retrospectively analyzed.965 unreasonable prescription, prescription irregularities in 521, accounting for 53.98%; not suitable for 376 prescriptions, 38.94%; over 68 prescriptions, 7.05%.Strengthening the prescription review, strengthen the knowledge of rational drug use study, contribute to the improvement of clinical medication.
