高中英语语法 代词的一道题~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

答案是D，我选了B
我已知道因为and/but连接的从句前后关系词应一致，所以用who have
可是不太理解为什么这句话不是强调句呢……强调句不是It is......that嘛……那不应该是“... that personality... and that are capable of logical though.”么……

It 【isn't】only human beings 【that have】personality,emotions like joy and sorrow.
这句话是完全说得通的。
之所以要选D是为了和后面的那句“and who are capable of logical thought”所对应，形成一个平行句式。
如果这句话没有后面那一段的话，你选B就没有错。
