considered用错了，改为considering.
句子意思是：
考虑到它是成就的基石，我们必须克服(它)并且从它们中学习。
因为consider所在从句的主语指的也是we, 后面主句的主语也是we, 前后的主语是一致的，
所以consider要用主动语态，
因为后面有谓语动词，
所以consider用现在分词considering.
bedstone这个词平时好像不常见。如果你想表达基石，基础，可以用
cornerstone或 foundation .

Consider所在从句的主语和主句主语保持一致，表主动，用Considering
