* Beneficiary’s certificate stating that, for each order number covered by this L/C, the original Certificate of Origin (Textile Products) and/or GSP Form A issued by the competent authority confirming that goods are of Chinese origin was sent directly to applicant by any courier service (copy of courier receipt, clearly indicating the order numbers, to accompany this certificate).

* Photocopy of Certificate of Origin (Textile Products) and/or GSP Form A issued by the competent authority confirming that goods are of Chinese origin.

* Beneficiary’s attestation stating that the original Export Licence for cat. 4 was sent directly to applicant by any courier service (copy of courier receipt, clearly indicating the order numbers, to accompany this certificate).

* Photocopy of Export Licence for cat. 4.

* Packing list in quadruplicate stating contents of each package separately.

* Insurance Certificate or Policy, blank endorsed, for 110 percent of invoice value, covering all risks including war risks, from warehouse to warehouse.

* Beneficiary’s attestation by telex or fax stating exact shipment date and B/L number or AWB number to be sent directly to applicant.

* Certificate of Origin (Textile Products) show shipment route, quantity, exporter, shipment date, description, weight and amount – difference is accepted.

* Inspection certificate issued and signed by Mr. Stanislas De Groote as Letter of Credit’s Applicant and Ms. Ma Liming as Letter of Credit’s Beneficiary, stating that samples in correct fabric, covering all sizes and colours, have been inspected and found to be satisfactory for production.

* Inspection certificate issued and signed by Mr. Alexis De Groote as Letter of Credit’s Applicant, Ms. Ma Liming as Letter of Credit’s Beneficiary and a person nominated by Mr. De Groote who is staying in China while Mr. De Groote will not be available during shipment, stating that goods have been inspected and found to be satisfactory for shipment.
