想要健康,饮食也很重要。食物金字塔上写着:吃一点点盐、油、糖,一些牛奶,酸奶,鸡蛋和肉类;许多蔬菜、水果,大量的五谷杂粮。这样营养均衡,才能保持好身体。
每天中午,学校都有好吃的饭菜。老师命令我们必须全部吃掉。虽然我们有点抱怨,但我们都知道:老师是为我们好。我们就一个个“狼吞虎咽”享受掉“营养午餐”。
