I think effective communication is very important in our daily life. Because for example, as a leader, we need to express our view accurately, therefore, the employees can do the work for you. But some people will ask how to communicate effectively.

In my opinion, we need transfer our information precisely to the acceptors, and should correct what we have said according the response from our listeners. That can be considered effective communication. For instance, once when I was asking my friends to do me a favor, I didn’t express myself carefully so that the project failed. At first, I thought it was my friend’s fault, but later I found that there were some misinterpretations between my friend and I. Therefore, I apologized to he. Since that time did I begin to realize the importance of the effective communication.

Everyday we will communicate with people, and it is necessary to express our thoughts clearly.
