Dear sir:
I'm a student of the school,recently,I have seen some students toscribble and tolitter in the school yard,I think lots of people have seen that,including some teachers ,even some leaders,but it seemed that they all ignored it ,I do wonder the reason for that!
As a eligible high school student ,I can't stand such rediculous phenomenon!so i write to you to tell you !And i hope you can stop these bad behavior as soon as possible,and critiize the people who ignore that!
Here are some advice from me:
1Have a school meeting,ask all the students not to toscribble or tolitter any more.
2Criticize the teachers and the students who have seen the phnomenon but ignored it!
3Make some rules of punishment
4 Encourage the students to expose who breaks the rules!
