in the bed/in bed/on the bed的区别：

in the bed： 睡着了，或者是躺在床上,特别是在床上呆了一阵子了。

如：The child huddles down in the bed, listening to the sound of the storm.

孩子听到雷雨声响，就在床上缩成了一团。

in bed：躺在床上。当和 ill 连用时候才指“抱病在床”。

如：He turned over in bed and fell asleep again.
