Is it good for a middle school student to do social practice? This has always been a controversial topic(有争议的话题）. Some people think that social practice is a good experience for a student to know how a company runs. They also think that social practice is a good opportunity(也可以用chance） to make use of the knowledge that a student learn in school. However, in my opinion, though social practice itself is good, a middle school student should not do social practice. First of all, a middle school is a place to teach students fundamental(也可以用basic基础知识） knowledge, which means that a student may not learn enough knowledge to work in a company. Furthermore, a middle school student should always focus on(集中于学业） his study. In conclusion(总而言之) I do not think that it is helpful for a middle school student to do social practice.
