I·m sorry to hear that you feel low in spirit as you did not do very well in your exam. I do want to help you as we are good friends.You shouldn't keep in so low profile, past is past,weep no more today as a shadow over your heart. If you always think about the unhappy things occured just now,you will be strained by them,which is not good not only for your study ,but also for your health.
My suggestion is that you can combine you reality and make a tentative change about yourself,step by step, you will do things actively and find the right way to deal with such obstacles. Be in good spirit and study hard to compensate for the lost time and other things which made you feel unhappy.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't do very well on the exam. But being negative will not solve any problem or help you to get a high mark. It can make you stop working hard toward a good mark and stop learning new knowledge that is good for you! For instance, once I almost failed a test, and I didn't know how to explain it to my parents and I couldn't believe that it was that beyond my expectation, so I was very lost and didn't care much about things that are happening around me, and I didn't even notice that there was another test coming up! As a result, I failed the other test! Due to my experience, I strongly advise you to stop being negative and get back onto the right track because there is still a beautiful sky area for you to fly into.
