胡辣汤的做法:
工具/材料:葱、姜、海带、火腿、百叶、锅、食用油、清水、淀粉、鸡蛋、盐、胡椒粉、生抽、醋、香菜。
1、葱姜切沫,海带、火腿、百叶切丝,百叶丝开水烫一下去除豆腥味。

2、锅内少许油,放入葱姜沫炒出香味,加水烧开。

3、水开后放入海带丝、火腿丝、百叶丝。

4、再次煮开,加入少量淀粉至稀糊状,新手不好拿捏稠稀,可以先少量来,不够稠就再调入一点,不然一次过多容易太稠。

5、鸡蛋打散锅开淋入成蛋花,随后加入盐、胡椒粉、生抽、醋两勺,喜欢吃酸的可以多加,具体根据自己口味调就行,小白不会把握量,就少量多次的加,不用着急,最后撒上香菜,就可以出锅了。
