Speaking is an art of language, which emphasizes methods and skills. We talk to clients on the phone everyday using this art. Although this job is not a art itself, it still requires us to ponder and practice seriously. we take in hundreds, up to thousands, of phone calls everyday; and we answer all kinds of questions from our clients while dealing with various emergencies. If we always talk to our clients with a same manner and tone, there will be times when it woud become inappropriate. These inappropriate situations would result in client dissatisfaction, even client complaints, so in order to avoid client dissatisfaction and hatred, we should pay special attention to the words and the tone we use while answering phone calls.
