这个不难讲，但是很难理解和掌握并使用。
一句话：what直接修饰名词，而how单独修饰形容词/副词。

具体结构如下：
1. How + 形容词/副词 (+ 主语 + 谓语 + 其他......)！
2. What + a/an + （形容词）+ 可数名词单数 (+ 主语 + 谓语 + 其他......)！
3. What + （形容词）+ 可数名词复数/不可数名词 (+ 主语 + 谓语 + 其他......)！
4. How + 形容词 + a/an + 可数名词单数 (+ 主语 + 谓语 + 其他......)！

如：How beautiful the girl is!
How hard he works!
What a beautiful girl (Lucy/she is)!
What heavy boxes (they are)!
What bad weather (it is)!
How beautiful a girl (she is)!

真正要理解what/how用于感叹句的用法，必须能够从原句直接变出感叹句。
如：The boy is working hard in a big classroom.
可以变出：How hard the boy is working in a big classroom!
或：What a big classroom the boy is workng hard in!
或：How big a classroom the boy is working hard in!
