本人2004年7月毕业于某某大学的旅游管理专业，后来2008年1月毕业于某某大学的文秘专业。
2004年1月至2004年5月，我参加了学校安排的实习，是在康辉国旅做前台，主要负责为前来咨询旅游的客户介绍旅游线路、价格等。由于实习期满要回学校写毕业论文，所以没有在次继续工作。
2004年8月至2006年8月，是在某发展有限公司做行政助理兼出纳，主要负责员工的作息考勤管理，负责接待来访、电话转接、传真和快递收发、机票预订、公司各类信函、办公用品的登记、分发等服务工作，做日记账，档案的整理工作等。由于合同到期并且想考会计证，所以没有续签。
2007年3月至2007年7月，我在某公司做兼职的电话邀请员，工作是向社会各界人士通过E-mail形式发出邀请函，希望他们能够前来参加由IBM公司组织的小型会议，再通过电话邀请方式进行确认。

I graduated from xxxx on 2004.7, and my major was tourist management.then I studied for secretary in xxxx, on 2008.1 I graduated from it.

During the time of 2004.1 and 2004.5, I joined the internship arranged from university to be an receptionist in xxxx. My responsibility was to introduce the route and price of the tourism to clients. Because the time of the internship was over, I had to resign office and go back my university to finish my Graduation paper .

From 2004.8 to 2006.8, My title is administration assistant and teller in xxxx.Checking attendance,receiving clients,faxing,sending and receving the express,booking airline tickets,letter management,registering the consuming of the stationery,delivery services,doing daily account,and file management were my tasks.Because my contract expired and i would join the exam of accounting certificate,i decided to leave the company.

From 2007.3 to 2007.7, I found a part time job to be a telephone contactor. I used E-mail to send invitation to people from various status in society, hoping they would take part in the small-scale conferece presided by IBM. After that i would comfirm whether they came or not by the of telephone invitation.
