English is more important now. But it is difficult for many students to study it. Now I make some suggestion, maybe can help you. 　
　 First, you should take notes and take them here and there. When you’re free, you can take them out and read it. Next, you should read English loudly. Many students know many grammars, but talking with others is hard. So reading is very important. It can make progress
in your talking and listening, and it can also make you get excited, let you have a nice day. Then, talk with people in English; it’s interesting and very used. Finally, most importantly, try your best to learn English. No pains, no gains.

English is popular language in the world, it is getting more and more important to make communication and understanding between people.
I have some suggestions about how to improve the english,
1) First, the interest is necessary and basestone for learning english;
2) Ensure your english pronounciation properly, after that you need to listen the english even same english again and again;
3) Every day, you should spare 0.5~1 hour in the morning or in the night and speak english loudly, don't be shy, if ok, please just talk to foreigners in english anytime;
4) Collect your english words that you want and take note with category(e.g. foods english), even you should recite the good words and sentences again and again(e.g. 365 words from liyang);
5) Concerning reading, you can read some english news,sports or something you are interested in, you should read more about your interests or related to your job.
6) Give a lot of pressure on yourself to learn english and establish a better plan with deadline to learn it.
Anyway, "Rome is not built in one day" and "No pains,no gains".
