1. Install NX7.5 Licensing.
2. When asked for license point to ugs4.lic supplied.
3. Go to "Program Files\UGS\UGSLicensing\" and run lmtools.exe.
4. Select "Configuration using Services"
5. Select "UGS License Server (ugslmd)" in the list of servers.
6. Select "Start/Stop/Reread" tab.
7. Select "Force Server Shutdown"
8. Press "Stop Server"
9. Replace "Program Files\UGS\UGSLicensing\ugslmd.exe" with one from archive ugslmd4.rar.
10.Press "Start Server"
11.Install NX 7.5
12.Replace NX 7.5 files with those in archive nx75_32bit.rar or nx75_64bit.rar. Keep in mind paths.
