As the past decades witnessed the miraculous rise of China's economy and dramatic social shift. Today's China has presented itself as a major economic contributor to the international community. More jobs than ever have been created overseas by China. Nevertheless,the domestic employment situation is not optimistic.
An increasing number of college graduates are unable to find a job,which means lots of talents is being wasted .The large population of unemployed college graduates poses tremendous burden on the family and society.Thus,it is imperative for the government and the whole society to take measures to cope with such issue.
To resolve this issue we need to take a pragmatic manner.First ,the government need to set up an effective mechanism to ensure the majority could find a job and stablise the job market. Second, entrepreneurs have to take their reponsibilities and make their part of contributions to the society,which requires them to take a more active role in hiring more college students that in turn could boost the advancement of the company.
The current dismal job market for college graduates should not become a setback for us. On the contrary we need to face up to the challenge .Nothing is impossible to a willing mind.We need to work together to get through the stiff time and construct a properous future.
