摘要 近年来，我国不少地区出现“民工荒”现象，广东也不例外，政府与企业均努力采取多种措施解决该问题，但效果不显著，企业仍为用工难问题而发愁。本文立足广东，通过分析民工荒产生的原因，从政府职能的角度出发，探讨解决“民工荒”的对策，以期更好地促进珠三角经济的发展。 关键词：民工荒 广东 薪资体系 政府对策 监督管理

Abstract:
In recent year, there has been a phenomenon of "shortage of migrant workers" in many areas nationwide. Guangdong is no exception. Many measurements have been adopted by both government and enterprises to solve the problem, but few effect has been received as many enterprises are still concerned about the difficulty of recruitment. Based on the Guangdong province, the paper is discussing the countermeasures of the problem by analysing the causes of the labour shortage from the angle of governmental functions, expecting to enhance the economic development of Pearl River Delta.
