How to Treat With Your Nervous Befor Test

Many students tend to become very nervous before their test. This bad feeling can not bring them any good in the test but always mess them up and bring a lose in the test. How to solve this problem? My advices are as below:

First,do not be controlled by the nervous mood. Remember, you are the master of yourself, rather than the mood. You can try to make some deep breath or eat some sweat to help yourself calm down.

Secondly, instead of thinking the bad result you may get in the test, you'd better remind yourself some happy and joyful experience of yours. These memory would help you out of the nervous and cheer you up. A gooding feeling about oneself can do himself a lot of help in the test.

So, that's my two suggestions. Give it a try and you will get rid of the nervos and do better in the test.
