虽然钻孔灌注桩施工正日益完善,但往往由于工艺不当、管理不严,断桩、堵管、夹泥、蜂窝、少灌等质量问题时有发生。因此,运用科学的施工工艺,加强过程控制以确保工程质量显得极为重要。
本文通过结合本人在浏阳河大桥的实习经验阐述钻孔灌注桩施工工艺,归纳质量控制点,总结常见质量问题,分析质量事故发生的原因,研究相应的处理对策,找出了质量控制的途径,从而保证了钻孔灌注桩施工质量。
