cognos中的framework manager中连接数据源错误，报错内容如下，求指导，在线等！

QE-DEF-0285 The logon failed.
QE-DEF-0325 The logon failed for the following reason:
RQP-DEF-0068 Unable to connect to at least one database during a multi-database attach to 1 database(s) in:
piccwx

UDA-SQL-0031 Unable to access the "piccwx" database.
UDA-SQL-0107 A general exception has occurred during the operation "attach".
ORA-12705: Cannot access NLS data files or invalid environment specified

连接数据有问题，你看下账号密码连的是否有问题，或者如果COGNOS与数据库不同服务器的话，还要看看远程是否能连得上数据库。

你的数据库是什么。。连接的时候正确选择数据库，还有就是计算机名一定要正确。。基本上都是这两点有问题。当然数据源名称也的正确

打开framework的本地要装数据库客户端，配好tnsname（oracle数据库）或是catalog(db2数据库）
