csi.queryList(conn, tp, tp1) 这个函数只有2个参数，你传进了三个，2个参数都是字符串，你传的第一个是 adodb.connection 类型，所以不对了，应该把第一个拿掉，或是改告一下csi.queryList(tp, tp1)函数

csi.queryList(conn, tp, tp1)传递三个参数当然会出错。
