油条是很多人爱吃的早点食品。说起它的来历，还和秦桧（就是那个杀害岳飞的坏
蛋）有关呢。
油条也称油炸烩、油炸鬼。它是南宋时杭州百姓制作的早点食品。1142年，民族英
雄岳飞被卖国贼秦桧和他的妻子王氏施计，暗中陷害于风波亭。京城临安（今杭州市）
百姓知道了这件事后，个个都义愤填膺，对秦桧、王氏深恶痛绝。
当时风波亭附近有一家专卖油炸食品的饮食店，店老板正在油锅旁炸食品，得知岳
