1. 二者都是程度副词，使用的语义范围略有不同可以看看它的意思差别：
exactly:解释意思：used to emphasize that something is the same or different [= precisely]:
例句：That's exactly what we've been trying to tell you.
Kevin's teachers saw him as quiet and serious, but with his friends he was exactly the opposite.
completely:to the greatest degree possible [= totally]:
例句：I'm not completely sure.
所以可以看出exactly其中一个意思是强调某事的一致性或是差别性，强调做的动作，而completely只是个一般的强调词，表示完全地，强调结果
2. Nowadays ___major new new products without conducting elaborate market research .为什么要用corporations hardly ever introduce ?还有请翻译一下写写。
hardly表示否定，翻译：现在，几乎所有企业在引进新型产品之前都要做详尽的市场调查。
3. short是短缺的，缺少，不足的意思，lack是缺失的意思，强调没有，而不是不足
4. 用such的原因在于后面的中心词是名词condition，所以要用such，如果中心词是形容词或是副词就用so，因为so是副词

虽然后面有poor这一形容词,但是紧接着是condition这一名词,所以要用such,因为such是接名词的,而so是接形容词的
