设计中采用了斜导柱侧向分型机构,且把型腔设置在滑块上;并采用了多分型面同时分型的方式完成型腔与塑件的分型,使模具结构得到简化,同时降低了加工成本;为了提高模具的生产效率,采用了一模两腔的形式。此外还完成了该模具一些主要件的加工工艺规程的编制工作。

The plastic mold design train of thought is : first analysis of injection molded parts of the structure, dimension precision and surface quality, understanding of injection mold molding method, injection mold design of main process parameters on quality of plastic parts. Then according to the products of the initial data, through the calculation of the preliminary selected injection molding machine, and then the mold the structure design, calculation of the various parts of the check, and expounded the plastic mold assembly process and main points of assembly.Used in the design of inclined guide pillar Side-separating mechanism, and the cavity is arranged on the sliding block; and the use of multiple type and classification is accomplished by means of cavity and the plastic parts of the classification, so that the die structure is simplified, and the processing cost is reduced; in order to improve the production efficiency of the die, the mold two cavity forms.
