谢谢您，虽然您的回答已经很详细了，但我还是有一些疑问！

1. 就是loud也是可以作为副词使用的，然后它偏重于说话说的大声，常与“talk  、speak”等词连用。而loudly只能作副词 含有吵闹的意思，那为何这道题要选 loudly呢？

2. 我想问下第五题为什么不能用that、what ??

1 A(更正)，这题我也觉得很难选，所以我选的也不一定对，个人认为这里loud和loudly是可以通用的，而loud更口语化些。不过有人说loudly更偏向表达一种刺耳感，而loud多用来修饰 speak ， talk ， laugh那就用loud吧。
5 that引导要一个句子，所以在这里无法当引导词，如果当主语，后面半句成分无法确定，句意也说不通；what引导主语从句，但是这里缺少谓语成分；这句看成让步状语从句（用C或D）是最好解释的。
