Dear Mskate，

My name is Lihua， I just came back from a European tourist attractions。Thanks for your team provied service for me in the journey。
In a word， I am satisfied with this journey。I saw a another world in my life。Sunny day，bule sky，white cloud, friend people,all make me feel easy and forgot trouble.
I am enjoy this travel，I tasted all kinds of delicious food, saw a lot of special buildings and streets full of amorous feelings.These are different in China.They were interesting, have a history .
Unfortunately, I weren't satisfied with the attitude of the tour guide .He often forgot to do something, such as provide water to drink, reminded us the weather, not very patient with children.

I think your company should improve the service level which careful, patient, for the sake of customers, make customers feel at ease and happy.
