1D 因为miles是英里，在这里已经加了复数，所以前面的several million 是用来修饰miles的。而不是固定词组。而且millions of 是成百上千脊答万的的意思，也不需要several 来修饰。
2B 句子的意思是：因为是第一次参观博物馆，所以他们对于见到的每件事物都产生了强大的兴趣。For有因为的意思，但不是直接或者重要原因。樱宏慧A是第一次,C是首先（起初，就是说一开始的意思），D是首先（强调次序）。
3C be made of 用于能直接看出原材料的，如this chair is made of wood.椅子是木头做的.
be made in 指产于某地，如silk is made in China.丝绸产于中国。

第二题的答案应该是A ，这道题所提供的答案好像许多都错了。这道题所填的 The first time 相当于一个从属连词，引导时间状语从句。其余六道试题答案都是颤高敏对的茄枝。
本人在前不久出了这种试题给高三学生念扒练习，结果有许多学生的答案也是填B的。
