这个是由于缺少xml文件造成的
解决办法：先关闭3dMax
然后进入C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\Autodesk AppManager.bundle\ 复制里面的PackageContents.xml
然后非别粘贴到C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\Autodesk FeaturedApps.bundle\
和 C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\Autodesk ImportSkp.bundle\
里面即可，再启动3dmax 就没有这个提示了。

亲测可用 C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax 找到2014文件夹：点开3dsmax这个配置文件 找到ShowExchangeStoreMessageDialog=1，改为ShowExchangeStoreMessageDialog=0
保存即可。再打开max2014 ok
