全文我没有搜，但是看选项B说282个孔子学院建在中国显然就可以把B排除了，应该是建在世界，并且是为了传播中国文化。All of the candidates have passed the preliminary contests held in their own countries这句可以说明C选项。外国学生已经基本通过汉语测试。
