一天我从美国乘坐航班飞往中国，在阿联酋机场转机时遇到延时。由于赶时间我转飞法国由法国再转飞中国。到法国后当地机组人员非常傲慢，我问我的行李帮我送了吗？他们很傲慢地说，当然。但我到了中国去取行李时却发现行李还在巴黎。于是我愤怒的写下了一封长达三页的投诉信。我真的觉得法航的服务态度几乎可以成为一个传奇了。最后机组人员给我报销了机票。我决定以后再也不做法航的飞机了。

One day, I was going to fly from America to China. After arriving at the airport terminal, I quickly checked in as the plane was about to depart in half an hour. Rushing through the security check, I crossed the departure gate and took my seat within minutes to spare. As I fastened my safety belt, the plane took off for Saudi Arabia, where I would transfer to China. Arriving at the Saudi Arabian Airport, I was dismayed to realise that my flight had been delayed. As I was already behind schedule, I decided to transfer to France, than take the flight from Paris to China. Worried about my luggage, I asked the crew immediately when I got to France. "Did you send my luggage too?"
They snorted and answered me haughtily, "Of course!"
When I arrived at China however, I was informed that my luggage was still in Paris! I was so infuriated that I wrote a 3 page long complaint letter. This was really unforgivable. Even though they refunded my airplane ticket at last, I vowed never to take the French Airline ever again.
