win7 vc++2010装不上

其它所有的都装上了，就2010死活装不上，装集合包也一样，什么办法都试了就是装不上😭

解决办法，按下顺序安装：
1.手动下载.net framework 4 安装

2. 重新安装vs2010

3.成功
