Just two weeks after.有语病吗。和two weeks later.等同吗

我知道要表达两周后，通常是after+时间或者时间+later。我想知道时间+after可否。。。

可以说just after two weeks

时间+after， after 后必须有从句 : The computer went wrong only 2 weeks after he bought it.

如果要用前面的，after后面必须接名词或名词性短语这样就构成了介词短语。

Both of the above are not sentences... add something after the phrases.

It's "just two weeks later", or "just after two weeks"
Comparing to "two weeks later", the first one is trying to emphasize on "the time is short", by adding "just"

e.g. Two weeks later, the result came out. / The result came out just after two weeks.
