找一首歌！！急求~~大虾们来帮下

一首英文歌~我不知道名字！听说是个男的唱的，但是很象女人的声音！
歌词有what going on!后面有很有一句歌词不太清楚，然后是很悠扬的耶~~~耶~~~耶~~~~
先申明不是网上那首DJ的耶耶耶！！
知道的朋友请告诉下歌名及歌手~~~感激！！

歌声很有磁性，如果朋友说的对的话，应该是个男人唱的~
但是声音很象女的！
更正，“然后是很悠扬的耶~~~耶~~~耶~~~~ ”应该是“嘿耶~~~~耶~~~耶~~~”重复三次好象！！好象也不全是英文。。。因为我就能听懂几句是英文的！
