Job Description:
• Perform design implementation tasks
• Give advice on system level design
• Assist customers with analog and digital IP integration
• Perform conversions of designs from other technologies
• Assist with place and route optimizations
• Provide design planning consultation

• Provide estimates of time and resources for design development and projects
• Provide training to professors and selected companies

Base Salary: Monthly base salary will be RMB + housing and transportation allowance of RMB for the first 3 months (total: RMB / month). Base salary will be adjusted to RMB after the first 3 months with satisfactory performance (total: RMB / month). The Company pays 13 months salary per year, making total Annual Package to be RMB . The13th month salary will be paid out on a prorated basis and subject to deductions for taxes and other withholdings as required by law or the policies of the company at year end.

Bonus (or Commission) Potential: The bonus plan for this year and beyond, should such a plan exist, will be based on the formula determined by the company for the specific year. Additionally, any sales team incentives or bonus for teamwork or shared territory or overall sales should be enumerated here as generally available.

Non-Compete Agreement: Our standard non-compete agreement must be signed prior to start. Any data, information and material provided to you or produced by you in the employment period will remain confidential and will be solely owned by the company.
Benefits: The Company will provide 四金 and you are entitled to a seven days paid vacation per year after 1st year.
