1. Cable outlet of storage tank locates in the direction of 340°. The cable connected with each temperature spot is leaded into anti-explosion junction box after passing through 3 DN50 galvanized tubes on the tank wall.
2. After get out of the tank , all low temperature cables shall be provided with seal joints to connect with the cable seal box.
3. There are 10 platinum thermal resistors vertically arranged along both sides of tank wall. The 5 platinum thermal resistors with temperature of 70° shall be distributed one by one at each 3 meters, which shall be started from 3 meters above the baseboard. The 5 platinum thermal resistors with temperature of 250° shall be distributed one by one at
each 3 meters, which shall be started from 1.5 meters above the baseboard. Passing through the DN50 tube, the low temperature cable shall be vertically leaded to the outer baseboard and then to the outlet circularly according to the drawing. The tube is supported and fixed on the exterior wall of tank by L150*50*5 galvanized angle steel.
4.Middle temperature spot locations for inner baseboard, outer baseboard and glassblock of storage tank shall be circularly arranged according to the drawing.
