In my opinion, “you are what you eat” means what you eat affect you. Chinese often say that the food that you eat nourish you. However, this is not a comprehensive, food will both bring you the pros and cons.
Food sustain our lives, We get daily requirement of nutrients from food. This shows, healthy diet is particularly important. Some people think that people who eat monkey brains will become smarter, who eat the meat of tigerwill become stronger.This concept is wrong. We eat to get protein and other nutrients. Nutritional intake should be balanced. Too much or too little will pose a threat to our health.
Chinese food culture has a long history, from which we can explore rewarding. Chinese people pay attention to health, combine the healthy and the food.
