3.the best way to solve it is,study English result. wil can good是错误的。首先把 wil can good去掉，这种表达是错误的。你若想表达这个方法对学英语很有帮助的话，放到最后一句吧。改为The best way to solve it is studying English hard.
4. But he also should most time study English.是错误的，but改为and，因为前后两个句子是顺承关系，而不是转折关系，also去掉吧，因为显得累赘，改为And he should spend most time on study English.
