英语达人请进！紧急请教两个倒转句！！1个小时内回答正确有追加

这两个句子对不对。
1.A swallow is generally admired in China,not only because does it protect crops from the pest, but also it is a symbol of spring in China.
2.Neither do the foods need providing good service,nor have they to be sent immidiately.Therefore, the cost of the transprotation
can be largely cut down.

倒装的实质就是强调。
第一句中由于是强调原因“不仅因为...而且因为...”，所以应该是：
..., because not only does it...but also it is...。

第二句三楼的说的没错，neither...nor都属于部分倒装的，但是应该是neither/nor各自引导的句子都得部分倒装。所以应该是：
Neither do the foods need providing good service, nor do they have to be sent immediately. therefore....。
楼上几个忽略的是have to中的have是实义动词，不可以做is, do, will一样前置的，除非这里的have是完成时态中的have.
